React Disaster Management Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. (Rescigo Health) is a dynamic startup dedicated to tackling various waste management challenges and disaster management. We are looking for passionate and skilled MSW interns to join our team and contribute to projects such as biomedical waste management, animal control, SaferHome, and disaster vulnerability audit.

Responsibilities

• Project Involvement: Participate in multiple ongoing projects including biomedical waste management, animal control, SaferHome, and disaster vulnerability audits.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to waste management and disaster preparedness.
• Field Work: Engage in field activities, including site visits and community interactions, to gather necessary information and implement project plans.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation of project progress and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
• Multitasking: Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Research: Conduct research on best practices, innovative solutions, and emerging trends in waste management and disaster mitigation.
• Community Engagement: Assist in organizing and conducting community awareness programs and training sessions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• Skills: Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Field Readiness: Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
• Passion: Strong interest in waste management, animal control, disaster management, and community welfare.
