React Disaster Management Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd. (Rescigo Health) is a progressive startup dedicated to addressing waste management challenges and disaster management solutions. We are looking for reliable and dedicated Driver cum Waste Collection Staff to join our team in Kochi and Trivandrum.

Responsibilities

• Waste Collection: Collect waste from designated locations as per the scheduled routes and ensure proper handling and transportation.
• Driving: Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on vehicles, report any issues, and ensure vehicles are kept clean and in good working condition.
• Customer Interaction: Interact courteously with customers during waste collection, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Weighing and Scanning: Accurately weigh and scan waste collection bags, ensuring proper documentation and data entry.
• Online Payment Facilitation: Assist customers with online payment processes when necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of waste collected, routes covered, and any incidents or issues encountered during shifts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other waste collection staff and management to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driving License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in driving and/or waste collection.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving waste collection bags.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of using digital devices for scanning and data entry.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local routes and areas in Kochi and Trivandrum.
