Responsibilities

• Development Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Architecture Design: Define and implement software architecture, design patterns, and technical standards.
• Project Management: Oversee the development lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to improve application functionality and performance.
• Technology Adoption: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the development process.
• Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of development processes, codebases, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of leading projects and teams.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Frameworks: Proficiency in modern frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, Node.js, or .NET.
• Database Management: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
