We are seeking a skilled Civil Surveyor to join our team in Trivandrum, responsible for surveying and assessing civil infrastructure for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Surveying: Conduct detailed surveys of civil infrastructure, including land, roads, and buildings, using advanced surveying equipment.
• Data Collection: Gather and analyze data related to land features, topography, and existing conditions to support project planning and design.
• Mapping: Prepare accurate maps and diagrams of surveyed areas, including plotting coordinates and creating site plans.
• Measurement: Measure distances, angles, and elevations using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Reporting: Compile and present survey data and reports to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all surveying activities comply with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of survey data, methodologies, and project changes.
• Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure survey data is accurately integrated into project plans.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues related to survey accuracy, data discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

• Educational Background: ITI certification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a civil surveyor, preferably in waste management or infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software for data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of surveying principles, land measurements, and civil engineering concepts.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in surveying and data recording.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address issues related to surveying and project requirements.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to work in various field conditions and handle physical aspects of surveying work.
