Thanks for showing interest in React(Reactdm.com), which is an initiative of React Disaster Management Solutions, Teuzy Innovations. ‘RECATDM’ refers to the services being provided through REACT, REACT ALERS mobile App, REACTDM website – https://www.REACTDM.com, REACTDM SMS short code – 000000 and REACTDM toll free IVR – 1800-00-0000. REACTDM is free to download for citizen and there is no subscription fee to be paid by You to use REACTDM, Reactdm.com is chargeable for the service providers the amount will be timely updated on department payment page. REACTDM intends to provide disaster management planning services and emergency alerts broadcast offered to Central, State, Union Territory Government departments, Local bodies and their agencies and corporate/private bodies (utility services) through one single mobile App, one URL, one SMS short code and one Toll free number. Through REACTDM, you can access and avail government emergency alerts from departments on-boarded on REACTDM. You can use REACTDM application in different ways including, service discovery, availing services, SOS, finding out relevant government schemes, what is broadcasted and so on. REACTDM allows you to follow your favourite and nearby list of departments and search for services and alerts available on REACTDM. REACTDM aims to provide a one place for all emergency and government alerts Your use of REACTDM is subject to the consent of these Terms of Service/Use (referred to as “Terms” that also mean to include any additional guidelines and/or modifications to these Terms of Service/Use as may be introduced from time to time). You are required to give your consent to these Terms in totality. If you do not agree to the Terms or any part thereof, you should not download/access REACTDM and use services offered through REACTDM. The features, functionality and the scope (in terms of services on-boarded on REACTDM) shall evolve with time. Please refer to the website ( https://www.REACTDM..com ) for further details. By accessing and using the REACTDM (hereafter also referred to as REACTDM, REACT, We or Our), you as the End User (also referred to as You, Your or User) agree to be bound by these Terms. You agree and acknowledge that the access and use of REACTDM by You is voluntary and of your own accord. If you are aged below 18 years, please get your parent’s/guardian’s permission/consent before you provide information to us via REACTDM. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with information and in the event, that they do so, we will terminate services with immediate effect. You must provide parent’s/guardian’s valid email ID so that REACTDM can then send an email to the parent/guardian notifying that the child has registered for the service and REACTDM has been given to understand that parental consent is there. You acknowledge and hereby agree that your access and use of REACTDM shall be subject to the applicable laws, rules and regulations for the time being in force in India. REACTDM is currently available on Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices) Apple store (for Apple mobile devices), Windows store (for Microsoft mobile devices), and Website. As a user of REACTDM, You are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use REACTDM in accordance with these Terms. Violation of any of the provisions of these Terms shall result in termination of Your account without any notice. We reserve the right to make changes to REACTDM and/or to these Terms at any time. The following Terms supersede and replace all earlier Terms of Service/Use, You may have accepted governing Your use of REACTDM. REACTDM – Scope & Offered Services REACTDM, built with an objective to fast-track mobile emergency alerts in the country, is a common unified platform, common unified mobile application/website, providing citizens/residents a single point access to major government alerts through mobile device. On-boarding of different citizen-centric government services on REACTDM is envisaged to be a continuous process that shall result in increasing number of such services on REACTDM with the passage of time. Through the REACTDM mobile application, You can access pan-India citizen/resident-centric government alerts of Your choice, from any location, at any time, offered by central/state/union territory government departments, local bodies and their agencies and utility services from corporates (herein after referred to as “Service Providers”). Access to REACTDM is public. You can register and create the REACTDM account using Your mobile number/ email id. Responsibility and Ownership of Information and Content When You register with REACTDM and/or use REACTDM services, You may need to provide personal information necessary for the requested service delivery such as name, address, date of birth, valid email, valid mobile number, certificates/supporting documents, emergency rescue details etc. You shall be solely responsible for the authenticity of Your personal information. You understand and acknowledge that You shall be providing all such necessary personal information at your free will and in accordance with the requirements of the specific service You wish to avail. You also authorize us and our registered Service Providers to store Your information, documents and/or certificates electronically for service delivery and/or for the personalization of service delivery and experience enhancement and/or for the relevant analytics and/or for legal requirements and/or for any other relevant purposes; please read the “Privacy Policy” carefully that forms the part of these “Terms”. REACTDM may perform some basic checks on the type and quality of the contents provided by YOU and reserves the right to refuse or remove any content or account that, in its sole discretion, is found to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, promoting violence, defamatory, pornographic, or violating REACTDM Terms of Service/Use and Privacy Policy or violating IPR (intellectual property rights) of any of REACTDM users/partners and/or of REACTDM’s registered Service Provider or violative of any law for the time being in force. Limitation on Liability Though REACTDM has been designed for high availability, tested for functionality and audited for security by CERT-IN empanelled reputed agency, however, REACTDM does not guarantee that the platform shall meet any specific requirements or that it will be available uninterrupted, or that it is 100% secure, encrypted and error-free or that the quality of any products, services, information available on the platform will meet user expectations. The results delivered by REACTDM will be as accurate as that supplied by the parent department(s). Users expressly understand and agree that in no event will REACTDM, be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or about the use of REACTDM. The services available on REACTDM are the front-end consolidation into single mobile application with all relevant data/database and service flows/logic created, maintained and served dynamically by the concerned central/ state/union territory government departments, local bodies and their agencies and corporates/ private bodies (utility services). REACTDM is consolidating and enabling these services solely for Your information, use and convenience through the unified mobile Application/website. When You select a service, You are subject to the privacy, security policies and terms of service conditions of the respective registered Service Provider. REACTDM does not guarantee the availability of services, offered by its registered Service Providers, at all times as the availability of the services depend on several factors such as telecom network, Cloud Service Provider and respective partner Service Providers. Limitation on Use The REACTDM platform is for Your personal use only and not for commercial exploitation. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display or create derivative works from REACTDM. Nor may You use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture, or extract information about usage, individual identities or users. You will not use any robot, spider, other automatic software or device, or manual process to monitor or copy REACTDM without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of REACTDM is prohibited and is an offence under applicable laws. The use of any software (e.g. bots, scraper tools) or other automatic devices to access, monitor or copy the website pages is prohibited unless expressly authorized by REACTDM in writing. Right to Modify or Terminate REACTDM reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it), with or without notice. REACTDM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate any user account and refuse any current or future use of the platform for any reason at any time without giving any prior notice. Such termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of the account and the loss of all the content hosted therein. Applicable Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Trivandrum only. Proprietary Rights and Licence All trademarks (including logo, mark, name, caption), copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature in REACTDM, its components and offered services, vests with React DMS. You should not adapt or use otherwise any name, mark or logo that is identical, or confusingly similar to any of the marks and logos used by and/or related to REACTDM. You agree and acknowledge that the access and use of the REACTDM and services through this shall not be construed to confer on You any rights of any nature including rights in any form of intellectual property contained in the services and/or REACTDM or related to React DMS. If in the course of accessing and using REACTDM and its services through this, You even unintentionally infringe the rights including rights in any form of intellectual property of React in the services, You shall immediately cease and desist any such use. Conditions of Use REACTDM and its services are not available to anyone previously removed from using REACTDM services by RDMS/MeitY, State/ Central Governments in India.
